What is the minimum order?+
Standard collections can be ordered as a single piece; bespoke development starts at 6 pieces and includes structure, optics and safety checks.
What are your lead times?+
Four to six weeks for standard collections, eight to twelve weeks for bespoke projects including sample approval and batch dimming.
Can you do lighting design without supplying luminaires?+
Yes. We deliver lighting design and drawings on their own, and can tune the installation on site with your contractor.
Do you work outside China and the UAE?+
China and the UAE are our main markets. Other regions are assessed per project — include the location and timeline in the form.
