Light is the second architecture of a room
Astrava designs luminaires and complete lighting schemes for private homes, hotels and restaurants. Light is not an accessory to decoration; it is part of how a space is ordered. We decide where the light lands first, then what the lamp looks like.
Keep the last hour of daylight indoors
Astrava takes its name from two ideas: the night sky and amber. Night is the background, amber is the light. We build in brass, hand-blown glass and linen so a lamp can stay with a house for decades.
Every project begins at sunset: we watch how a room changes as daylight leaves it, then extend that moment at 2700K. No performance lighting — only light that makes people want to sit a little longer.

Three collections that furnish a whole room
An arc floor lamp that can hold a corner of the living room on its own, a magnetic track that disappears into the ceiling, a pendant group that lights only the dining table. Every piece is adjustable in size, finish and colour temperature.
Where the light finally lands
Three lighting studies: dusk in a private home, the dinner service in a restaurant, and a wall that keeps changing in a showroom.
From one sunset to a maintainable scheme
We design and manufacture, so every decision can be traced.
- 01
Read the space
We record orientation, ceiling height, surface reflectance and how light moves through the day — then agree what actually needs to be seen.
- 02
Model the light
Illuminance, glare and colour temperature layers are modelled and checked, producing lighting drawings and circuit schedules.
- 03
Prototype and dim
Full-scale samples are made in the studio so brass finishes, glass transmission and dimming curves can be compared side by side.
- 04
Deliver and tune
Scene and dimming presets are set before opening, with on-site issues answered within 48 hours.

“We do not add lamps to a room. We keep dusk indoors for one hour longer.”
